This system allows us to hand pick the project team including designers and key subcontractors to ensure the best quality and value for the client.
Through our many years and multiple projects that we have constructed with the construction management method, we have developed a highly detailed approach to coordinating subcontractors' workscopes. Our detailed workscopes are developed by completing a thorough review of the information contained in both the specifications and drawings in order to “assign” each trade their responsibilities under their particular trade. This process is done for each job specifically to ensure all portions of work are covered and allocated to a particular contractor’s workscope. This process ensures that each portion of work is covered and minimizes change orders for items not covered by any contractor and eliminates waste by avoiding multiple contractors covering the same items within their bids. This process also makes the job flow more efficiently by eliminating questions about who is responsible for what and minimizes conflict between subcontractors. By acting as a construction manager on the owner's behalf, we are able to continually monitor the complex details of a construction project as it is the details that are essential to a successful project.
